For many
years we have worked on developing a truly, smooth cutting
and efficient Cutter for glycerin soap (Melt and Pour, M&P).
The EZ Melt & Pour Cutter is the culmination of that effort,
and is one of our most prized inventions. Soap Makers who
make products using glycerin soap, understand just how hard
it is to cut this soap.
Those of you
who enjoy the creativity of using embeds in your M&P soap,
will now be able to cut entire Loaves, quickly and
accurately. No more repetitive, cutting-by-hand, one bar at
a time. Do you decorate your loaves with herbs, curls,
waves, flips, etc? Look no further, the EZ way will cut it.
It does not
matter what type of soap you handcraft, the EZ way will cut
it., Melt and Pour... Cold Processed… Hot Processed…
Re-batch… Round… Square…
Word of
caution for large batch CP Soapmakers! This does not replace
the efficiency and profitability in anyway, of the Air
Cutter or Manual Cutter Systems. These systems are
unsurpassed for cold processed soap productivity.
Like all of our equipment,
the EZ Melt & Pour Cutter is built to last and last. As
with our Air Cutter, the EZ way will provide long-term
service. We have Air Cutters in the field that are still
going strong after 15 years of constant use, with no
repairs.
Like all our equipment, the
EZ way is designed to require minimal maintenance.
One person can cut 1200 to
1500 loaves per day.
We provide three stock sizes
or bar thicknesses, 1”(25mm), 1.125”(29mm) and
1.25”(32mm).
The EZ Melt & Pour Cutter will
cut Loaves up to 17.5” (44cm) long.
We can make custom bar
frames as thin as 0.625”.
Any type of soap can be cut
on the EZ way, M&P, CP, HP, Re-batch, round, square,
rectangular, does not matter.
Safety features such as; two
hand operation, tension bolt caps, polycarbonate
shields, air regulator, etc. are standard.
Tough, washable, baked on,
powder coat finish.
Over 800 lbs of cutting
force is available.
Can run off a small air
compressor producing 90 psi (6.2067 bar).
The EZ way can be mounted to
our standard Air Cutter Stand. All hardware will be
included. See in Options below.
Setup is less than 30
minutes and does not require any mechanical experience.
All tools for setup and
maintenance are provided.
Instructions are provided.
However, if you watch our video, you will know all that
is needed to operate the EZ way.
The blue tray that is in the
picture is not included.

Uses a special high tensile, SE alloy coated wire.
A full replacement of wire is included but it is
doubtful you will ever need to change a wire.

This stand is made specifically for our
EZ Way & Air Soap Cutter™. (Air Cutter - The front is recessed to allow
you to step between the Air Cutter™ legs for
closer work and positioning).
Protected with a
tough, baked on powder coat, enamel finish.
It makes clean up and set up so easy.
Simply set the
EZ Melt & Pour Cutter or Air Soap Cutter™ on it, tighten
four bolts and your done.
Description
Heavy duty, angle iron frame is built to last.
Heavy duty adjustable feet allows you to raise or lower the working height. Non slip rubber pads.
Fast setup; approx. 5 minutes.
(Air Cutter - Made for easy clean up. Open frame design allows scraps and soap debris to fall to floor, where it can be swept up easily instead of building up around the Air Soap Cutter™).
Readily adjusts to out-of-level floors, so your Soap Cutter™ stays solidly in place.
(Air Cutter - Works in conjunction with the Easy Hoist System, making a fully self-contained unit).
