handle anything from Essential Oils/ Fragrance Oils
to very thick lotions and creams. For food products,
it will handle jams, jellies and salsas. Manually or semi-automatically operated.
Our interchangeable
product cylinders, range in size from, 3/8" in. to 2 in.
(10mm to 50mm) in diameter, with a fill range from .06 to
8.7 fluid ounces (1.7 ml to 257ml), in a single stroke. We
will work with you to find the optimum cylinder size or
sizes for your application.
For most of our customers, the
2" (50mm) cylinder is the ideal size and will fill from, 2
oz. to 8.7 oz (60ml to 257ml) at a, 1/2% to 1%, accurate
fill rate. You can however, fill as low as 1 oz. (30ml) with
the 2" (50mm) cylinder, with an accuracy of 2% to 3%.
For filling large quantities,
such as a quart or a liter, it is just a matter of making
more fill cycles. For example; to fill 16 ounce containers,
simply set the fill amount to, 8 ounces and cycle twice. Or,
if filling a 250 milliliter container, set the fill amount
to, 125ml and cycle twice.

The Easy Fill Bottler is
pneumatically operated. It requires 80 to 90 psi (pounds per
square inch) of air and about 3.5 cfm (cubic feet per
minute).
A small inexpensive compressor
is all that is required. If needed we can supply one for
$147.
The Easy Fill Bottler is
primarily designed to fill Personal Care product into
containers at estimated speeds of 5 to 20 cpm (containers
per minute). Filling speeds are dependent upon the piston
stroke length, the product being dispensed, the viscosity of
the product the ID (inside diameter) of the discharge port
in the nozzle and how the product reacts when it hits the
bottom of the container.
For most products, you can clean
between scents and products by using warm water and a low
suds soap. For some liquids and oils, cycling a little
alcohol and water through will be sufficient.
Specifications:
All metal product contact parts
are made of stainless steel, the piston and valve spool are
of Ertalyte and all "O"Rings and Gaskets will be made of
Viton. The Viton seals will withstand petroleum products,
essential and fragrance oils, vegetable oils and many
solvent bases.
The Easy Fill Bottler is
equipped with a 5 gallon stainless steel hopper.
The Easy Fill Bottler is
supplied standard with a 2 inch (50mm) diameter stainless
steel cylinder.
The machine frame is made of
stainless steel.
All connections between the
hopper and valve spool, cylinder and valve spool, and nozzle
and valve spool are either quick disconnect clamps or quick
disconnect fittings to aid in the ease when disassembling
and cleaning.
The Easy Fill Bottler is also
equipped with two types of machine cycle, start mechanisms,
an auto cycle mode and a single cycle foot pedal control.
Base is 19.5" by 9.5" and weighs approximately
75 LB.
The Easy Fill Bottler is also
equipped with adjustable, stroke rate, control valves, to
allow the machines filling speed to be adjusted while the
machine is in operation.
The Easy Fill Bottler is
pneumatically operated. The normal air required for
operation is a constant 1.5 cfm @ 60 psi on either single or
automatic cycle.
The machine is designed to cycle
up to, 40 times per minute.
