How do you move the trays around?

Answer:

You can put your trays on Tray Dollies. We carry several options. For larger operations a narrow pallet works very well where several stacks can be placed and moved with a pallet jack.

How high can you stack the trays?

Answer:

Around 6’ (1.8 meters) is average but you can go 7’ or 8’ (2 to 2.5 meters) if you want to.

Do you have vented trays?

Answer:

Yes, we stock vented trays but can provide non-vented trays.

Question:

How do you know what size tray to use?

Answer:

On our Drying Tray page of the website, at the bottom, you will see in the dimensions, a blue line. This will tell you the maximum drying depth as there can be some bow with the weight of the bars. Example: if your bar is 2 1/8”, then the best buy is the 250BVT tray.

Question:

How many bars of soap should I expect to be able to stack on a single vented drying tray?

Answer:

You should be able to get about 100 bars on a tray with the average bar size of 3.5 to 4 ounces.
