What carriers do you usually use for overseas shipments?

Answer:

We primarily use BAX, Menlo and Panalpina for large overseas shipments. We have established discount rates with all of these. For packages less than 20 or 30 pounds we use UPS, FedEx, and US Post.

Do you ship Internationally?

Answer:

Yes, half of our business is International. We use all forms of shipping and can handle just about every customs problem and paperwork requirement imaginable. We can work with your customs agent if you have one or find one for you. We know what types of packaging materials that can be used and the most economical way to package and get it there. We have shipped everything from a single Pot Whipper to Australia to more than 2000 lbs in several crates to Africa.

Question:

Whom do you use for large packages within the Continental US and Canada, such as Air Soap Cutters, etc?

Answer:

We use various motor freight companies, Yellow, Overnite; primarily R&L where we can. They provide free lift-gate service, our discounts are very good, and they are extremely reliable.
