Important Notes (All Trays)

All Trays unless otherwise noted, are programmed for a lip tolerance of, 0.005”(0.012mm) and generally average, 0.005” to 0.015”(0.012-0.038mm) but due to the variance in the plastic and in temperature, during the time of machining, we require an allowance of 0.025”(0.03mm), the thickness of 6 pcs of copy paper, from top of tray to the lip of the tube.

If you have any doubt as to whether the Tubes you are using, will work within our Tray specifications, then send us three (3) of the Tubes, unused, with lids to test. If the Tubes do not work with our Trays, then a Custom Tray quote will be emailed to you. Each tray goes through four stages of control and inspection.

How To Use Your Lip Balm Tray:

	Simply insert the Lip Balm tubes into the holes, pushing them in with a slight twist until they rest against the tube shoulder, where the cap would normally stop at. The edge of the tube will be flush with the trays surface.
	Check that all the tubes are in or there may be a mysterious leak. Take heart...the missing tube and leak will be easy to locate.
	Set the Lip Balm Tray upright, setting it on the tubes.
	Pour your lip balm mixture by running each row and filling each tube as you go. * Go back and run the rows quickly, overfilling the tubes. (The material needs a little time to settle. Going back over, ensures the tubes are filled all the way)
	Leave a thin layer, 1/16" to 1/8" (1mm to 3mm) of material over the surface.
	Let the mixture set up and completely solidify. Depending on your formula and room temperature, anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.
	Scrape off excess with your Tray Scraper. You can save this excess for another pour. Hey, nothing wasted!
	Pull out the tubes, giving it a little twist when pulling it out, then capping each tube as you go.
	There are more details, as well as how to use the divider for smaller pours in the included instructions.
	The divider, you will find is pretty self-explanatory, very easy to use and quickly set up.

Description:

	These are quality, High Gloss labels with excellent water resistance and adhesion.
	And the best part…..they are only 3.9 cents apiece. There are “1200” labels per roll !!
	The dimensions of our, Safety Seal - Lip Balm Label is, 2 1/8” x 2 1/8” (54mm x 54mm). This gives you a “Full Wrap” around the tube.
	They work wonderfully with our Primera Printer.
	They also work with any one of our Labelers.
	The Safety Seal covers, ¼” (21mm) of the top and is easily removed with a twist of the wrist.
	You may wonder if these have to be used in our printer….the answer is, no. You could actually set up and run 3 or 4 at a time in a regular printer. They may not be water resistant due to the ink you are using and there is going to be some alignment issues with your printer. Sorry no help on this but your printers help menu may have some answers.
