5 1/2" (14cm) Rubber blades sweep kettle sides and bottom without scratching or noisy clatter.

The blades are food grade Buna Nitrile.
|
|

The shaft is 3/8" x 18" long.
|

The Pot Whipper fits into a 3/8” (10mm) or 1/2” (13mm), variable speed drill.
|
|
|
Best to use a contractors grade drill on larger batches; 5 amps or larger.
|
|
|
Fast mix without air bubbles.
|
|
|
Average trace time is 5 - 7 minutes.
|
|
|
For maximum
effect, use on batch sizes of more than 20
lbs (9kg), or depths in the pot of more than
about 6" (15cm)

I bet your asking; "Now why are they selling
squeegee's?" Well, the answer is...it can clean an
Oil Heater or
Pot Tipper of soap, oils, creams,
etc., quickly and efficiently. Even to the point,
you don't even need to wash in most cases.
How To Use:
|
|
Scrap out the Tank or Vessel
with a large Spatula (see Spatula here). |
|
|
After scraping most of the material from the
sides, take the Squeegee and sweep around
the sides and bottom. |
|
|
Use a paper towel to remove excess off of
the blade. |
Usually one or two paper towels and you are ready
for the next batch. Gets it so clean there is not
enough scent left to transfer to the next batch.
