Easy to adjust, Variable Speed Control, 0 to 2500 rpm, will give you as much or as little speed as you need for mixing Soap, Lotions, Dry Materials, Oil blends, Body Washes, etc.

The Might Mixer is designed to mix batches up to 500 lbs (227kg) and as small as, 20 lbs (9kg).

Trace time at, 30 lbs (14kg) to 110 lbs (50kg) is about, 5 to 10 minutes at a little over half speed (1500 rpm). Trace at, 250 lbs (114kg) to 500 lbs (227kg) is around, 15 to 20 minutes at about 1800 rpm.

Complete with a Heavy duty ½ hp, Constant Torque Motor that is built to last for years and years of constant use.

The Telescoping Height Adjustable Stand, will go from, 42” (107cm) to a full 78” (198cm). Very easy to raise and lower by simply removing a pin and adjusting to your desired height (Height is adjustable in, 1”  (25mm) increments for exact positioning).

The entire motor assembly will also pivot up or down, from 0 degrees (vertical) to 90 degrees (horizontal).

The Mixing Angle of the Mighty Mixer can be set anywhere from, 0 to 60 degrees, by adjustment of the Pivot Pin.

The Mighty Mixer will also lock at 90 degrees horizontal for cleaning or for readiness to insert into the Pot Tipper or Tank.

When moving the Pot Tipper into position you simply lift up on the mixing shaft, roll in the Tipper and lower the shaft, without having to re-adjust the angle or re-set the height.

The Mighty Mixer comes standard with a Floor Mount Plate, for mounting permanently to a floor with 5/16” (8mm) anchors or bolts (not included).

The Floor Mount Plate can also be easily attached to the optional rolling Tripod Base with three bolts (included with Tripod Base).

A Shaft Mounting Collar is supplied with the Mighty Mixer. This connects the mixing wand shaft to the motor. All you need do is choose the type, mixing blade assembly, you require.

The Power Wand Adjustable Tank Mount is a necessity if you are making lotions. Just clamp the Mount on the tank and drop in your Power Wand, already setup for the perfect mixing angle. Height adjustment is fast and easy. If you want to make a quick stir, it is just a flip of the wrist to loosen the Mount. The handy combination clamp and handle allows you a complete range of movement, without having to remove the Wand from the Mount.

	The Power Wand Adjustable Tank Mount, easily attaches to the side of our Oil/ Wax Melting Tanks. Just a quick turn of the clamp / handle, and it is solidly anchored.
	Ideal for lotions, butters, liquid soap, body washes, really anything, where you want your hands free to add ingredients or step away for a moment.
	The Mount is made for hard work and constant use.
	The Tank Mount holds the Power Wand at the optimal angle for mixing.
	You can also quickly remove it for a quick stir, using the clamp / handle. There is no need to remove the Power Wand from the Mount.

This mixer is geared to have incredible torque and power. Thick slurries such as lotions, creams, etc. are no problem.

The Slow Speed Mixer, is ideal for thick creams, lotions, butters, beeswax, even fist sized chunks of M&P, oils, fragrances, essential oils, or wax.

Please note: some of the wax or M&P must be liquid so the blades don't jam and can turn freely.

The Impeller Blades are polypropylene, 3" (7.62") wide, angled at 30 degrees.

The impeller blades are 22" (56cm) tip to tip.

The Shaft is milled 6" (15cm) in length at the center point, to allow blade adjustment, up or down.

All fittings and shaft are Stainless Steel.

All parts including the motor channel, mount are made of Food Grade Materials.

All parts are rated to 230 F (210C). The whole assembly weighs only, 15 pounds (6kg), making it very easy to lift out of the tank.

The lid is now hinged at one side (not shown) so you simply lift the lid, to add ingredients or look in. The other side of the lid, slips over the motor channel, mount and is easily and quickly removed for full access.

There is Zero maintenance.

Operates on 120 volt current, drawing less than 2 amps.

The motor is designed for continuous duty. Motor is fully enclosed and moisture resistant.

Mixing Soap Using

 5 1/2" (14cm) Rubber blades sweep kettle sides and bottom without scratching or noisy clatter.

Your average trace time is 5 - 7 minutes.

This unique design provides a fast mix without air bubbles.

The blades are food grade Buna Nitrile.

The shaft is 3/8" (10mm) x 18" (46cm) long.

The Pot Whipper fits into a 3/8” (10mm) or 1/2” (13mm), variable speed drill.

It is best to use a contractors grade drill on larger batches; 5 amps or larger, with a speed of 1200 rpms or greater.

For maximum effect, use on batch sizes of more than 20 lbs (9kg), or depths in the pot of more than about 6" (15cm)

Tip: The optimum angle to hold any mixer is around 10 to 15 degrees. This creates a continuous flow from bottom to top. Holding the Pot Whipper at the proper angle, will quickly incorporate herbs and dry powders far faster than squirrel cage mixers, paint paddles, etc.....without adding air.
